» Sarah B. Hood - Great choices!

These are pretty much all great choices. I know that J.K. Rowling herself names The Little White Horse as a personal favourite. Lloyd Alexander's Prydain stories are wonderful, and not to be judged by the abysmal Disney animation of The Black Cauldron. The Edward Eager books are also little-known delights.
