And just to be clear on my last post, I'm sure there are some great Australian sites, but I have not done an extensive search for webzines yet (I still have a day job and two young kids that take up a lot of my time!). Most of the sites that came up on Google were UK or US-based.

By the way, is there a particular reason you're looking for an Australian site?

Thanks jbfleming7 ... well it doesn't have to be Australian, really, but it's just that I'm Australian and it would be nice to post something in an Australian magazine that's all.

Do you know if any of those UK/US based webzines are good at all? I saw some of them and not sure if they would really take my story. Mine is more traditional fantasy (or perhaps paranormal) rather than science fiction and most of them seem to take SF.

I am certainly interested to join in to write for a world. In fact I am doing it now in one of the Fantasy forums and enjoying it immensely. The first few stories were rather tricky to write and tended to be more information dump than a story on its own right, but I certainly have fun writing them. Keep me posted.
